Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Proposed 9/25/1789
Ratified 12/15/1791

The U.S. Constitution is possibly the greatest document ever drafted this is singularly the most important statement as related to Satanism, the freedom to practice our faith.

In the debates of the Constitutional Convention, religion did not get a lot of sound bites.

It should be noted that without exception, the Framers were Christian or, at the very least, believed in God (Deism).

There were no Jews or Satanists, Muslims, no Hindus or Atheists, and only two Roman Catholics.

There were members of more than a half-dozen sects of the Protestant side of Christianity, though.

Disagreements about style and method of worship between them were nearly as vast and incongruous as any seen today between, say, Jews and Muslims, such that the Framers wanted to ensure that no one sect could ever seize control of a government and start a theocracy.

James Madison, when speaking of the method and manner of the election of the members of the Congress, noted that even “Religion itself may become a motive to persecution and oppression,” telegraphing his own desire for no religious test for government service.

He had been a prime mover in the efforts of some Virginia lawmakers to ensure that no preference be given to any religion in that state, and that a proposed tax to aid religious efforts be defeated.

Madison and one of the Pinkney cousins moved, in the waning days of the Convention, that the Congress be permitted the power to establish a university, with the express stipulation that “no preferences or distinctions should be allowed on account of Religion.

” The motion was turned down on a six to four vote, but it was another illustration of his desire to extend no preference to any religious sect.

This establishment of separation rings true today and should be honored in its complete form over several decades challenges have made their way to the U.S. Supreme Court and failed in the stature to change this beautiful document.

However many have challenged Satanism’s Practice failing to adhere to the Superior Document:

By: Breanne Porter

Issue date: 9/16/02

In August, the Kentucky Department of Corrections (DOC) had a startling revelation — that preceding summer, prisoners had begun holding weekly satanic worship services that were a part of the religious calendar for Green River, a medium-security prison.

As soon as the Kentucky DOC learned of this, it ordered the prison to suspend services in order to develop a statewide policy concerning these services. The policy Kentucky needs to enact is one in which prisoners are able to worship the religion they choose, even Satanism, and Kentucky need not restrict the prisoners of their fundamental right of freedom of religion according to the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
Those opposed to allowing satanic services argue that the religion promotes beliefs that jeopardize the security of the prison and the safety of the prisoners. In Texas, the DOC does not allow satanic worship services based on that fact.

According to an article in The Daily Telegraph, a London newspaper, Texas prison chaplain Donald Kaspar said, “We’ve looked at the satanic bible and are convinced that what it advocates would put our prisons at risk. One of their tenets is revenge: if somebody hurts you, hurt them back.”
Any person familiar with the Christian Bible knows the Bible also advocates a type of revenge. The Book of Exodus promotes the theory of revenge with the words, “but if there is (any further injury) you shall appoint (as a penalty) life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound.

” The Christian Bible argues the same belief as the satanic bible. Therefore, if satanic worship is not allowed, it is hypocritical of the DOC to allow Christian worship services.
According to an Associated Press article, manager of government affairs for the American Correctional Association Joe Weedon said, “under federal law and U.S. Supreme Court decisions, correctional institutions must allow inmates to exercise their religious freedom, unless the practice of the recognized religion threatens the safety of other inmates or the staff.

” It could be construed that having Christian worship services could endanger the prison staff and the inmates. Yet the DOC does not find anything wrong with the Christian worship services.
The inmates of the Kentucky prison have the very same rights to have satanic worship services as do any other religions. It is because the religion is not as widespread as others that it comes under scrutiny.

It cannot be argued that this belief is more threatening than another. In a similar case in 1995 against the Texas DOC, the Executive Director of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Texas, Jay Jacobson said, “Religious freedom, the ability to choose one’s own spiritual path, is at the core of our basic American liberties,” according to an ACLU news release.

The freedom to practice a chosen religion is protected by the Bill of Rights. The First Amendment says the government shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of religion.

While it is prudent for the DOC to be concerned about the safety of the inmates and staff, there have not been any incidents in which the exercise of the satanic religion has caused safety and security problems for the Green River prison.

Therefore, the DOC has no legal basis for not allowing the worship services to continue. Only in the presence of actual incidents sparked from these beliefs does the DOC have the right to restrict the free exercise of this religion, and such criteria has not been met.

It is from our founding fathers’ fear of religious oppression that the First Amendment was ratified. It is not for society to decide which religions are acceptable and which are not.

If the people practicing the religion harm the lives of others, is it reasonable for the government to restrict prisoners from practicing the religion. However, the prisoners in Kentucky have not threatened the lives of others and deserve the right to practice their religion.

The Kentucky DOC needs to heed the First Amendment and allow the prisoners to continue to practice their religion of choice. The Constitution and Bill of Rights protect religious freedom for not only the majority, but for the minority, including the prisoners in Green River prison.

I am in agreement with this writer and have seen other instances where Satanic Worship been denied or challenged by in direct disregard of the U. S. Constitution.

February, 1997

Two inmates serving life sentences at the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola filed a lawsuit claiming officials have denied them the chapel space and equipment necessary to observe their religion of Satanism.

The matter remains unresolved however the inmates can possess Satanic Books and assemble in a non organized manner.

It seems that no one is allowed to preform prayer to Satan, but it is expected that Satanic Americans will be violated by Liberal Atheists, such evidence can be seen as numerous municipalities lean towards the voices of Atheism.

Fact: It is not a violation of the First Amendment to place a Christmas Tree up in the public square as long as there no mandates that allow for the said tree to be the only symbol allowed by the municipality.

Even today’s Satanist, mostly the “garden variety” Modern Satanist as I define “pseudo” will banter with definitions and words penned straight from Atheism, and are granted more rights to practice than the Real Satanists however you must be aware we are protected by the Constitution also.

This writer along with many are involved in legalization of Traditional or Theistic Satanism, thus affording you the rights granted to all other religions, these rights will mean nothing if you remain silent, or fail to join the causes in motion now.

More violations on what we can build, talk about and gather in will be pushed upon The Real Satanists until we stand for something and agree as a group of American’s to uphold our rights but in a legalized way.

Just think we as Real Satanists have the rights granted for freedom is simplistic and, it is not we cannot receive our full rights until we are a recognized legal compacted religion, right now we are a “conceptualized religion” and fail to realize that we are not protected like Modern Satanism.

Real Satanism has different customs and practices that are being defined as our numbers grow and people come, we will in the future be able to shape decisions and offer protection under the U.S. Constitution.

When the Founders of The Constitution designed it they designed the perfect protection document to the rights of Free Religion, they could have easily placed into the ideologies of Presbyterianism or Quaker by-law, but no they designed it just what it was for Freedom.

SANTA FE, N.M.— A New Mexico inmate has sued saying prison officials have violated his freedom of Constitution and bend it to their ways of Atheism against Satanism, Christianity and even other religions not so well known.

As Satanists we need to hold the U.S. Constitution in “high regards” as it allows us to practice our rites, even animal sacrifice in the process of devotion to The Lord Master Satan.

Kern County Sheriff’s Deputies located a site in the Old Town area last week  they are categorizing as a “meeting place” or “site of interest” because of several unusual items located there.

Neighbors reported seeing suspicious activity by teenagers dressed in black or “gothic” attire. The teens were seen entering and leaving private property in a rural area of Old Towne through a barbed wire fence.

The Sheriff’s department contacted the property owner to verify if the activity was authorized, which the property owner denied.

Sheriff’s deputy Roy Scott said that the sight, “is definitely something of interest.”

Aside from the issue of trespassing on private property, a great deal of work has been done on the land, for what appears to be some form of ritualistic gathering.

There is a large pit, with a fire ring at the bottom and some sort of stadium seating carved into the sides of the pit. It resembles an ancient amphitheater.

Across from the pit is a stone fire ring in the shape of a pentagram. Although associated with Satanic worship, a pentagram has been used by different cultures and religions throughout history.

There are also several animal skulls and bones on the site and a tree carved with a pentagram and an inverted cross. Sharks teeth are embedded at each tip of the pentagram. A beheaded skunk was found near one of the fire pits and a meat cleaver laying nearby the mutilated creature was confiscated by deputies.

Scott said, “It took a lot of effort and work.”

The sheriffs are making routine checks of the site but have not yet encountered anyone on the property.

Scott said evidence found in the area does indicate recent activity, but currently the Sheriff’s Department classifies the location only as a gathering place, or “place of interest.”

Behaviors such as this are required but currently we are afforded very little in the way of Freedom of Religion because technically very few if any organizations are legally recognized as an religion by the courts, and authorities.

We as Satanists need to realize that the United States is in turmoil, and this turmoil is further presented by those who desire to change Constitutional Freedoms, everything from Religion to Right to Bear Arms and Overthrow the Government.
Lets just visit Saudi Arabia for a minute and see the Constitution of this country, so get a better perspective on just how wonderful we have it under the U.S. Consitution.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a sovereign Arab Islamic state with Islam as its religion; God’s Book and the Sunnah of His Prophet, God’s prayers and peace be upon him, are its constitution, Arabic is its language and Riyadh is its capital.

Imagine if our Founding Fathers who mostly were Quakers and Presbyterians said all of us would follow some rule of law based on their faith.

Article 6
Citizens are to pay allegiance to the King in accordance with the holy Koran and the tradition of the Prophet, in submission and obedience, in times of ease and difficulty, fortune and adversity.

Article 7
Government in Saudi Arabia derives power from the Holy Koran and the Prophet’s tradition.

Again it appears we have many more rights and should appreciate those rights however legalization will be required to insulate ourselves not under the banner of Modern Satanism but under the banner of Traditional or Theistic or even Real Satanism, this work is underway.

In some countries Satanism is fighting back in Africa a recent publication expanded upon Satanism.

When President Chiluba endorsed Zambia as a Christian nation soon after the MMD came to power in 1991, some people voiced their opposition to such a declaration.

Soon, however, the criticism died out and the Christian community in Zambia went full throttle in its efforts to spreads the faith. Recent developments in the country, however, point to the Christians facing a new form of resistance – Satanism.

Early this year, a couple of youths in the densely populated province of the Copperbelt claimed that a group of Satanists was operating under-ground and recruiting members at a rate that called for concern.

They said they had been part of the group but decided to pull out of it because they realised that devil worshipping was wrong.

No one paid much attention to the two youths’ revelation but three months on, another confession was made by another young woman in Lusaka who disclosed that faith in Satan was growing in the capital and that the Satanists were on an aggressive campaign to outwit the spread of Christianity.

More revelations as to the existence of devil-worship have been made over recent weeks and now Christians are beginning to take the issue more seriously, calling for concerted efforts to counter Satanism.

Some of those who have broken away from the Satanist groups contend that there is a deliberate plan by the Satanists to take over the country by infiltrating various key organisations, business, the judiciary, the political field and even the church.

“This message first came in February,” says Christian Unity Ministries (CUMI), national secretary Timothy Situmbeko of the alleged plot by Satanists to take over Zambia and destroy Christian institutions in Zambia.

“We hesitated to tell the people about it, but continued to pray. Then early this month it was repeated.” He added that there had been at least one Satanist planted in some of the many born-again churches in an effort to derail the Christian faith and cause divisions.

Africa Church of God leader, Bishop John Mambo agrees that there is a plot to destroy Christianity in Zambia.

He contends that many cults have been formed in the disguise of churches and already deep divisions are beginning to show among the Christians.

Police spokesman Standwell Lungu says that there is no law that would bar Satanists from practising their faith, but the concern of many Christians is that the devil’s faith is said to include human sacrifices.

Some reformed devil worshipers have claimed that the drinking of human blood is part of a major ritual that Satanists have to practice.

For now, however, no one has come out in the open yet to confess that he or she practices Satanism. And those that claim to have belonged to the faith have not quite been able to expose those still practicing the faith.

For many Christians, however, this is not an assurance that Satanism is not a serious threat.

“Christians must be ready for attacks from the devil,” Zambia Episcopal Conference Secretary General, Father Ignatius Mwebe says.

“The Church as a body has to fight the prince of darkness. We are his first target. Goodness is always the target of evil.” Bishop Mambo also said that the mushrooming of cults was getting out of hand he wanted government to scrutinize all the churches to prevent church wars that could destroy Christianity in the country.

Recent months has seen an increased number of divisions in various churches, resulting in splinter groups forming up to follow their own methods of prayer. Bishop Mambo fears that if such divisions were allowed to continue, cults could emerge and Christianity could become vulnerable to devil worshipers.

The Satanists are said to be very selective in their recruitment of members.

According to a young woman who recently broke away from the devil’s faith, some Satanists operate from Christian churches from which they recruit their members. She said that those in social or financial problems were often the main targets for recruitment.

Some political parties too are concerned about the increased reports of Satanism. The National Democratic Party (NDP) recently stated that the MMD government was not doing enough to curb the spread of Satanism.

NDP Copperbelt Province chairman Isaac Chileshe said that government should investigate increasing reports of Satanism taking root in Zambia. The party contends that the seeds of Satanism were being planted by foreigners and it demands that the government deports those involved.

Police spokesman Lungu says action against Satanists can only be taken if there is evidence that some of their practices were, by Zambian laws, illegal. He said that investigations had been instituted on some of the charges made by reformed Satanists but that no evidence had yet come to light on which the police could base a prosecution.

For some Christians, the solution to curb the spread of Satanism is in prayer. The Baptist Church in Lusaka, for instance, has embarked on special prayers for those who may have drifted into Satanism.

It is hoped that the power of prayer will help redirect them to Christianity. But with the Zambian constitution categorical that Zambia would be tolerant of other religions, there is little much else Christians can do but pray that the Christian faith will overshadow Satanism.

This is pretty sad that as Satanist’s in America we are “big and bad” but do nothing even to spread fear in the hearts of those in any other religion meanwhile the average Satanist fails to study or even practice Satanism with a common goal or even attempts to understand the right to worship Satan.

Informed Lawmakers could therefore prove examining the facts that the worship and practice of Real Satanism or Theistic Satanism has no rights granted due in part to the fact they are not a recognized religion, being a technicality but a all so important technicality.

So the court does interpret Satanism as philosophical religion and does it grant it certain rights under the First Amendment this factoid is appreciated, however could be also damaging in the future when liberals examine the facts that most Satanic Religions are simply created by people over the Internet.

So is not the case of The Temples of Satan project, along with several others we will eventually codify the Theistic Satanic, Traditional Satanic movement for those to truly have legal protection under the U.S. Constitution, albeit the Atheists

I am aware of such and have heard as many of you of the deaths of thousand of dedicated to Satan and Satan has been fully aware that there are those who desire to mute or practices, but I understand and so should you that we require a level of legalization and this is for the protection of those who practice and enjoy Satan in their lives.

Satanism requires some form of legalization and through such we shall expose the false and fake cults that permeate Satanism, before some lofty Atheist interprets the Constitution, against us in some court room.

Arguments could be raised on the reality and resemblant philosophies of any world religion, this in a whole can make Traditional Satanism as any religion unstable in the ever changing world.

Honor those who serve to protect our rights for there are Satanists also engaged in fighting wars to protect the Greatest Nation in The Free World.

The time has come to end the innuendos and false claims and become real, not only for oneself but for this country which is made up coast to coast of many different peoples and religions, that tie in directly or indirectly to worship of Satan, this right of practice is falling under a simplistic umbrella at the moment but perhaps someday it will collapse, and then Satanists will fail to enjoy such rights granted as Atheists come forward attacking everyones principles in the court system.

We all come from difference places and come to this path and in such you should be able soon to feel safe to practice and worship Satan, for it is us that are the rulers of the realm of Earth, as described in biblical texts Satan was provided life upon the Earth.

The great Thomas Jefferson wrote:

Because religious belief, or non-belief, is such an important part of every person’s life, freedom of religion affects every individual.

Religious institutions that use government power in support of themselves and force their views on persons of other faiths, or of no faith, undermine all our civil rights.

Moreover, state support of an established religion tends to make the clergy unresponsive to their own people, and leads to corruption within religion itself.

Erecting the “wall of separation between church and state,” therefore, is absolutely essential in a free society.

However recently several political leaders have stepped forward and abused this great mans interpretation of the “Greatest Document In The Known World.”

The granting of one’s freedom of religion and freedom of speech does not allow them to violate other races and idealism, this piece is neither racist, however it does shed some light on damaging ideologies that could warp our country.

When Al Gore ran for president in 2000 he said “our Constitution is a living and breathing document” that changes its meaning over time. This week we learned that among the things changing in Gore’s Constitution is the war power. It meant one thing when Bill Clinton was president, but means another thing now.

Seven years ago, then-Vice President Gore supported Clinton in launching a war Congress didn’t authorize.

Now, he says the Constitution denies President Bush the power merely to intercept an enemy’s communications in and out of the U.S.–without permission from a federal judge–in the midst of a war Congress did authorize.

The program in question has been described by Gen. Michael Hayden, principal deputy director for national intelligence, as yielding information about terrorists that could not have been gleaned through court-ordered wiretaps, while intercepting only international communications involving persons linked to Al Qaeda.

Yet, on Monday, Gore described the program as “eavesdropping on huge numbers of American citizens” and claimed it “virtually compels the conclusion that the President of the United States has been breaking the law, repeatedly and insistently.”

While the liberal ACLU and Center for Constitutional Rights are bringing lawsuits against the program, Gore is calling for a special counsel to investigate Bush.

Now flash back to 1999–the year when only a failed Senate impeachment prosecution stood between Gore and the presidency.

On March 23, 1999, President Clinton ordered U.S. forces to begin bombing Yugoslavia because of its treatment of people in Kosovo.

Clinton bombed for three months. The day the war started, then-White House Spokesman Joe Lockhart was asked whether Clinton believed congressional support was “constitutionally necessary.” Lockhart said, “Well, I don’t think he believes it’s constitutionally necessary because we don’t believe that.”

Congress, in fact, declined to authorize it. The Senate voted 58 to 41 for a resolution “authorizing the President of the United States to conduct military air operations and missile strikes against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.” But the House defeated the resolution, 213 to 213.

Gore aggressively backed Clinton’s unauthorized war, suggesting its critics were guilty of “politics.” “I think the American people want to see politics removed from any kind of action where our military forces are involved overseas,” he said on the April 2, 1999 edition of CNN’s “Larry King Live.”

Was the Clinton-Gore Kosovo War constitutional? No.

I have argued this before, citing Louis Fisher’s Presidential War Power, the Framers unambiguously denied the President the power to initiate offensive military action.

But as Framers James Madison and Elbridge Gerry, authors of the war-powers clause, explained at the Constitutional Convention, they did leave “to the Executive the power to repel sudden attacks.”

In the Founding era no one doubted Congress needed to approve any act of war beyond what was necessary for the President “to repel sudden attacks.”

In the 1801 case Talbot v. Seeman, involving a ship seized as a war prize, Chief Justice Marshall explained: “The whole powers of war being, by the Constitution of the United States, vested in Congress, the acts of that body can alone be resorted to as our guides in this inquiry.

It is not denied, nor in the course of the argument has it been denied, that Congress may authorize general hostilities, in which case the general laws of war apply to our situation; or partial hostilities, in which case the laws of war, so far as they actually apply to our situation, must be noticed.”

Was Clinton repelling a sudden attack on the U.S. when he bombed Yugoslavia? Even Gore never claimed that.

In the war against Al Qaeda–including his order for the NSA to intercept al Qaeda-linked communications in and out of the U.S.–was President Bush acting either under a congressional war authorization or his own authority to repel sudden attacks?

He was doing both.

After 9/11, Congress authorized the President to make war against “those nations, organizations or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed or aided the terrorist attacks.”

If this authorized the President to invade Afghanistan, surely it authorized him to intercept communications between the U.S. and suspected terrorists in Afghanistan.

But even if Congress hadn’t authorized a war, it is reasonable to conclude the President could intercept Al Qaeda-linked communications in and out of the U.S. even in circumstances where a court-order could not be secured.

Surely, the President’s authority to repel sudden attacks includes the authority to listen at our frontier for sounds from the enemy.

But–at least so long as there is a Republican in the White House–it seems that Gore’s “living and breathing” Constitution would put earplugs in the sentries who guard the border between us and the next 9/11, along with those who have became educated on the facts and not the Liberal “talking points.”

Agree with the war or disagree, the United States must protect the U.S. Constitution and its originality, and with such the Constitutional Ideologies should never be lost.

Often times in Satanism people support the ideologies of Anarchy and such ideologies should face suppression since they are aimed at being somewhat leaned towards Communism and upheaval of the general system the U.S. Constitution set forth in its contents.

Imagine if a “Living Constitution” was allowed:

Imagine if the Muslims were granted more laws and freedom to act in case against their religion, such as they have verses the Yezidi’s of Iran and Iraq.

The suicide bombings that ravaged the Yezidi sect in Iraq underscored the fears of violence and insecurity binding many of the nation’s religious minorities, ranging from Christians who are fleeing their ancient enclaves to a dwindling sect that follows the teachings of John the Baptist.

The various religious groups – which in total account for no more than 3 percent of the population – increasingly worry that they will be caught helplessly in the battles between the majority Shiite and Sunni factions or, as in the case in Tuesday’s attack, directly targeted by extremists.

“Minorities have historically inhabited areas that are disputed, that lie at the fault lines of the other communities,” said Mark Lattimer, executive director of the London-based Minority Rights Group.

The Yezidi, said Lattimer, have a double curse.

They live in a strategic corridor between Mosul, the chief city in northern Iraq, and the borders of Turkey and Syria. The area could become increasingly coveted territory for the insurgent group Al-Qaida in Iraq, which appears to be seeking to retrench in northern Iraq after being driven from strongholds in and around Baghdad by U.S.-led offensives.

The group is blamed for the series of four suicide truck bombings that claimed at least 250 lives in the Yezidi town of Qahataniya in the deadliest attack on civilians since the U.S.-led invasion in 2003.

Yezidi also are often scorned by Muslims as infidels for their blend of Judaism, Christianity, Islam and Zoroastrianism, the pre-Islamic faith of Persia. The Yazidi – mostly ethnic Kurds – date their beliefs back 4,000 years and worship an angel figure, Malak Ta’us, or Peacock Angel, who is considered to be the devil by some Muslims and Christians. Yazidis, who don’t believe in hell or evil, deny the characterization.

The Islamic State in Iraq, an Al-Qaida front group, distributed leaflets a week ago warning residents near the scene of Tuesday’s bombings that an attack was imminent because Yezidis are “anti-Islamic.”

Small communities of Yezidis can be found in Syria, Turkey, Georgia and Armenia, but the majority of the estimated 100,000 believers live in Iraq.

Most Yezidis, even young people, choose to live in isolated communities, though they often face extreme poverty.

Lattimer said that while Saddam Hussein would target minority groups if it suited his political objectives, these small sects were generally left alone.

Since the 2003 invasion, however, the minorities have been least able to protect themselves, he said.

Many minorities groups have chosen to flee – threatening to cripple communities whose roots stretch back thousands of years.

The Sabean Mandaeans, a pre-Christian sect that follow the teachings of John the Baptist, now numbers about 5,000 in Iraq, down from an estimated 25,000 in early 2003, according to testimony by Suhaib Nashi, general-secretary of the Mandaean Associations Union, to the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom in July.

As many as 50 percent of Iraq’s Christians – which once numbered between 1 million and 2 million – may already have left the country, according to a report issued in May by the commission. Christians are at particular risk as perceived supporters of the United States and its Western allies, said a Minority Rights Group report.

The Jewish community, which is also accused by extremists of sympathizing with U.S. troops, has a long history of persecution in Iraq, which has prompted several waves of emigration, according to the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees.

Lattimer said it is difficult to calculate their current numbers because they mostly do not want to draw attention, but they comprise a “very, very small residual community.”

Only eight Jews remain in Baghdad, said an Anglican clergyman, the Rev. Andrew White, who has aided the group. About a century ago, Jews accounted for one-third of the city’s population as recently as a century ago.

We can only hope that this form of cleansing could never occur in the United States perhaps the Christians or Muslims would attack the Satanist, and a weakened Constitution or government could cause such maladies to occur.

Indirectly or Indirectly the Yezidi are our brothers and sisters and I banefully hate the Islamic Fundamentalist for attacking those who differ in beliefs.

Even in Satanism group attempt to persecute other groups however under The U.S. Constitution we are granted the following and I include this report from an attorney interpreting this.

Madison’s version of the speech and press clauses, introduced in the House of Representatives on June 8, 1789, provided: ”The people shall not be deprived or abridged of their right to speak, to write, or to publish their sentiments; and the freedom of the press, as one of the great bulwarks of liberty, shall be inviolable.”

1 The special committee rewrote the language to some extent, adding other provisions from Madison’s draft, to make it read: ”The freedom of speech and of the press, and the right of the people peaceably to assemble and consult for their common good, and to apply to the Government for redress of grievances, shall not be infringed.”

2 In this form it went to the Senate, which rewrote it to read: ”That Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and consult for their common good, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

3 Subsequently, the religion clauses and these clauses were combined by the Senate.4 The final language was agreed upon in conference.

Debate in the House is unenlightening with regard to the meaning the Members ascribed to the speech and press clause and there is no record of debate in the Senate.

5 In the course of debate, Madison warned against the dangers which would arise ”from discussing and proposing abstract propositions, of which the judgment may not be convinced. I venture to say, that if we confine ourselves to an enumeration of simple, acknowledged principles, the ratification will meet with but little difficulty.”

6 That the ‘’simple, acknowledged principles” embodied in the First Amendment have occasioned controversy without end both in the courts and out should alert one to the difficulties latent in such spare language. Insofar as there is likely to have been a consensus, it was no doubt the common law view as expressed by Blackstone.

”The liberty of the press is indeed essential to the nature of a free state; but this consists in laying no previous restraints upon publications, and not in freedom from censure for criminal matter when published. Every freeman has an undoubted right to lay what sentiments he pleases before the public; to forbid this, is to destroy the freedom of the press: but if he publishes what is improper, mischievous, or illegal, he must take the consequences of his own temerity.

To subject the press to the restrictive power of a licenser, as was formerly done, both before and since the Revolution, is to subject all freedom of sentiment to the prejudices of one man, and make him the arbitrary and infallible judge of all controverted points in learning, religion and government.

But to punish as the law does at present any dangerous or offensive writings, which, when published, shall on a fair and impartial trial be adjudged of a pernicious tendency, is necessary for the preservation of peace and good order, of government and religion, the only solid foundations of civil liberty.

Thus, the will of individuals is still left free: the abuse only of that free will is the object of legal punishment. Neither is any restraint hereby laid upon freedom of thought or inquiry; liberty of private sentiment is still left; the disseminating, or making public, of bad sentiments, destructive to the ends of society, is the crime which society corrects.”7

Whatever the general unanimity on this proposition at the time of the proposal of and ratification of the First Amendment,8 it appears that there emerged in the course of the Jeffersonian counterattack on the Sedition Act9 and the use by the Adams Administration of the Act to prosecute its political opponents,10 something of a libertarian theory of freedom of speech and press,11 which, however much the Jeffersonians may have departed from it upon assuming power,12 was to blossom into the theory undergirding Supreme Court First Amendment jurisprudence in modern times.

Full acceptance of the theory that the Amendment operates not only to bar most prior restraints of expression but subsequent punishment of all but a narrow range of expression, in political discourse and indeed in all fields of expression, dates from a quite recent period, although the Court’s movement toward that position began in its consideration of limitations on speech and press in the period following World War I.13 Thus, in 1907, Justice Holmes could observe that even if the Fourteenth Amendment embodied prohibitions similar to the First Amendment, ‘’still we should be far from the conclusion that the plaintiff in error would have us reach.

In the first place, the main purpose of such constitutional provisions is ‘to prevent all such previous restraints upon publications as had been practiced by other governments,’ and they do not prevent the subsequent punishment of such as may be deemed contrary to the public welfare . . . . The preliminary freedom extends as well to the false as to the true; the subsequent punishment may extend as well to the true as to the false.

This was the law of criminal libel apart from statute in most cases, if not in all.”14 But as Justice Holmes also observed, ”[t]here is no constitutional right to have all general propositions of law once adopted remain unchanged.”15

But in Schenck v. United States,16 the first of the post-World War I cases to reach the Court, Justice Holmes, in the opinion of the Court, while upholding convictions for violating the Espionage Act by attempting to cause insubordination in the military service by circulation of leaflets, suggested First Amendment restraints on subsequent punishment as well as prior restraint.

”It well may be that the prohibition of laws abridging the freedom of speech is not confined to previous restraints although to prevent them may have been the main purpose . . . . We admit that in many places and in ordinary times the defendants in saying all that was said in the circular would have been within their constitutional rights.

But the character of every act depends upon the circumstances in which it is done. The most stringent protection of free speech would not protect a man in falsely shouting fire in a theater and causing a panic. . . . The question in every case is whether the words used are used in such a nature as to create a clear and present danger that they will bring about the substantive evils that Congress has a right to prevent.”

Justice Holmes along with Justice Brandeis soon went into dissent in their views that the majority of the Court was misapplying the legal standards thus expressed to uphold suppression of speech which offered no threat of danger to organized institutions.

17 But it was with the Court’s assumption that the Fourteenth Amendment restrained the power of the States to suppress speech and press that the doctrines developed.18 At first, Holmes and Brandeis remained in dissent, but in Fiske v. Kansas,19 the Court sustained a First Amendment type of claim in a state case, and in Stromberg v. California,20 a state law was voided on grounds of its interference with free speech.

21 State common law was also voided, the Court in an opinion by Justice Black asserting that the First Amendment enlarged protections for speech, press, and religion beyond those enjoyed under English common law.

22 Development over the years since has been uneven, but by 1964 the Court could say with unanimity: ”we consider this case against the background of a profound national commitment to the principle that debate on public issues should be uninhibited, robust, and wide-open, and that it may well include vehement, caustic and sometimes unpleasantly sharp attacks on government and public officials.”

23 And in 1969, it was said that the cases ”have fashioned the principle that the constitutional guarantees of free speech and free press do not permit a State to forbid or proscribe advocacy of the use of force or of law violation except where such advocacy is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action.”

24 This development and its myriad applications are elaborated in the following sections. The First Amendment by its terms applies only to laws enacted by Congress, and not to the actions of private persons.

Supp.15 This leads to a ‘’state action” (or ”governmental action”) limitation similar to that applicable to the Fourteenth Amendment. Supp.16 The limitation has seldom been litigated in the First Amendment context, but there is no obvious reason why analysis should differ markedly from Fourteenth Amendment state action analysis.

Both contexts require ”cautious analysis of the quality and degree of Government relationship to the particular acts in question.” Supp.17 In holding that the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) is a governmental entity for purposes of the First Amendment, the Court declared that ”[t]he Constitution constrains governmental action ‘by whatever instruments or in whatever modes that action may be taken.’. . . [a]nd under whatever congressional label.”Supp.18 The relationship of the government to broadcast licensees affords other opportunities to explore the breadth of ”governmental action.”Supp.19

There are no records of debates in the States on ratification.

The most comprehensive effort to assess theory and practice in the period prior to and immediately following adoption of the Amendment is L. Levy, Legacy of Suppression: Freedom of Speech and Press in Early American History (1960), which generally concluded that the Blackstonian view was the prevailing one at the time and probably the understanding of those who drafted, voted for, and ratified the Amendment.

[Footnote 8] It would appear that Madison advanced libertarian views earlier than his Jeffersonian compatriots, as witness his leadership of a move to refuse officially to concur in Washington’s condemnation of ”[c]ertain self-created societies,” by which the President meant political clubs supporting the French Revolution, and his success in deflecting the Federalist intention to censure such societies.

  1. Brant, James Madison–Father of the Constitution 1787-1800, 416-20 (1950). ”If we advert to the nature of republican government,” Madison told the House, ”we shall find that the censorial power is in the people over the government, and not in the government over the people.” 4 Annals of Congress 934 (1794).
  2. On the other hand, the early Madison, while a member of his county’s committee on public safety, had enthusiastically promoted prosecution of Loyalist speakers and the burning of their pamphlets during the Revolutionary period. 1 Papers of James Madison 147, 161-62, 190-92 (W. Hutchinson & W. Rachal eds. 1962). There seems little doubt that Jefferson held to the Blackstonian view. Writing to Madison in 1788, he said: ”A declaration that the federal government will never restrain the presses from printing anything they please, will not take away the liability of the printers for false facts printed.” 13 Papers of Thomas Jefferson 442 (J. Boyd ed. 1955). Commenting a year later to Madison on his proposed amendment, Jefferson suggested that the free speech-free press clause might read something like: ”The people shall not be deprived or abridged of their right to speak, to write or otherwise to publish anything but false facts affecting injuriously the life, liberty, property, or reputation of others or affecting the peace of the confederacy with foreign nations.” 15 Papers, supra, at 367.

[Footnote 9] The Act, Ch. 74, 1 Stat. 596 (1798), punished anyone who would ”write, print, utter or publish . . . any false, scandalous and malicious writing or writings against the government of the United States, or either house of the Congress of the United States, or the President of the United States, with intent to defame the said government, or either house of the said Congress, or the said President, or to bring them, or either of them, into contempt or disrepute.” See J. Smith, Freedom’s Fetters–The Alien and Sedition Laws and American Civil Liberties (1956).

But compare L. Levy, Emergence of a Free Press (1985), a revised and enlarged edition of Legacy of Suppression, in which Professor Levy modifies his earlier views, arguing that while the intention of the Framers to outlaw the crime of seditious libel, in pursuit of a free speech principle, cannot be established and may not have been the goal, there was a tradition of robust and rowdy expression during the period of the framing that contradicts his prior view that a modern theory of free expression did not begin to emerge until the debate over the Alien and Sedition Acts.

[Footnote 12] L. Levy, Jefferson and Civil Liberties–The Darker Side (Cambridge, 1963). Thus President Jefferson wrote to Governor McKean of Pennsylvania in 1803: ”The federalists having failed in destroying freedom of the press by their gag-law, seem to have attacked it in an opposite direction; that is, by pushing its licentiousness and its lying to such a degree of prostitution as to deprive it of all credit. . . . This is a dangerous state of things, and the press ought to be restored to its credibility if possible. The restraints provided by the laws of the States are sufficient for this if applied. And I have, therefore, long thought that a few prosecutions of the most prominent offenders would have a wholesome effect in restoring the integrity of the presses. Not a general prosecution, for that would look like persecution; but a selected one.” 9 Works of Thomas Jefferson 449 (P. Ford, ed. 1905).

[Footnote 13] New York Times Co. v. Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254 (1964), provides the principal doctrinal justification for the development, although the results had long since been fully applied by the Court. In Sullivan, Justice Brennan discerned in the controversies over the Sedition Act a crystallization of ”a national awareness of the central meaning of the First Amendment,” id. at 273, which is that the ”right of free public discussion of the stewardship of public officials . . . [is] a fundamental principle of the American form of government.”

Id. at 275. This ”central meaning” proscribes either civil or criminal punishment for any but the most maliciously, knowingly false criticism of government. ”Although the Sedition Act was never tested in this Court, the attack upon its validity has carried the day in the court of history. . . . [The historical record] reflect[s] a broad consensus that the Act, because of the restraint it imposed upon criticism of government and public officials, was inconsistent with the First Amendment.” Id. at 276. Madison’s Virginia Resolutions of 1798 and his Report in support of them brought together and expressed the theories being developed by the Jeffersonians and represent a solid doctrinal foundation for the point of view that the First Amendment superseded the common law on speech and press, that a free, popular government cannot be libeled, and that the First Amendment absolutely protects speech and press. 6 Writings of James Madison, 341-406 (G. Hunt. ed. 1908).

[Footnote 14] Patterson v. Colorado, 205 U.S. 454, 462 (1907) (emphasis original). Justice Frankfurter had similar views in 1951: ”The historic antecedents of the First Amendment preclude the notion that its purpose was to give unqualified immunity to every expression that touched on matters within the range of political interest. . . . ‘The law is perfectly well settled,’ this Court said over fifty years ago, ‘that the first ten amendments to the Constitution, commonly known as the Bill of Rights, were not intended to lay down any novel principles of government, but simply to embody certain guaranties and immunities which we had inherited from our English ancestors, and which had from time immemorial been subject to certain well-recognized exceptions arising from the necessities of the case.

In incorporating these principles into the fundamental law there was no intention of disregarding the exceptions, which continued to be recognized as if they had been formally expressed.’ That this represents the authentic view of the Bill of Rights and the spirit in which it must be construed has been recognized again and again in cases that have come here within the last fifty years.” Dennis v. United States, 341 U.S. 494, 521-522, 524 (1951) (concurring opinion). The internal quotation is from Robertson v. Baldwin, 165 U.S. 275, 281 (1897).

The Court refused to be bound by the statement in Amtrak’s authorizing statute that the corporation is ”not . . . an agency or establishment of the United States Government.

” This assertion can be effective ”only for purposes of matters that are within Congress’ control,” the Court explained. ”It is not for Congress to make the final determination of Amtrak’s status as a governmental entity for purposes of determining the constitutional rights of citizens affected by its actions.” 115 S. Ct. at 971.

[Footnote 19 (1996 Supplement)] In CBS v. Democratic Nat’l Comm., 412 U.S. 94 (1973), the Court held that a broadcast licensee could refuse to carry a paid editorial advertisement. Chief Justice Burger, joined only by Justices Stewart and Rehnquist in that portion of his opinion, reasoned that a licensee’s refusal to accept such an ad did not constitute ”governmental action” for purposes of the First Amendment. ”The First Amendment does not reach acts of private parties in every instance where the Congress or the [Federal Communications] Commission has merely permitted or failed to prohibit such acts.” Id. at 119.

The freedom of religion and speech cannot be taken lightly and recently a doctrine in which Ronald Wilson Reagen possibly the Greatest U.S. President since Abraham Lincoln fought back:

In 1959 Congress amended the Communications Act of 1934 to enshrine the Fairness Doctrine into law, rewriting Chapter 315(a) to read: “A broadcast licensee shall afford reasonable opportunity for discussion of conflicting views on matters of public importance.”

This doctrine allowed for those who practiced filtration of the media, and who desired to allow everyone fair speech by allowing them equal air-time, however this is against the theory of Capitalism, because if one desires to preach or speak on the opposing viewpoint then go by a radio station and broadcast all the ideologies you desire.

This is the important part in the ruling by The Supreme Court.

It is the purpose of the First Amendment to preserve an uninhibited marketplace of ideas in which truth will ultimately prevail, rather than to countenance monopolization of that market, whether it be by the government itself or a private licensee.

It is the right of the public to receive suitable access to social, political, esthetic’s, moral and other ideas and experiences which is crucial here. That right may not constitutionally be abridged either by Congress or by the FCC.

The idea that Liberal Media has to be allowed to be provided equal air time under Capitalism is Anti-Constitutional and should remain dead, since they can purchase a radio station.

Stop stepping on our Constitution people!

Pagan, Christians, Satanist’s, and anyone else take away the Constitution and all you have is Chaos, and despite the drive of some in Satanism, Chaos is not a positive ideology and to many of you it is detrimental to our cause.

The Problems of Satanism: LIES AND TALES EXPOSED

An Overview By Grand Magister Blackwood

www.templesofsatan.com

Over the last few days groups have attacked the Temples of Satan and these groups after careful examination seemingly are comprised of numerous “Pseudo Satanists,” of which many failed to even understand the concepts and or ideologies that past Satanists and Pagans laid forth in an effort to continue through the centuries.

As a Satanic leader I have been involved at the street level and e-level with Satanism for over twenty some years, starting as early as American Online 2.0. and lasting until now.

Over the years I have established a cache of friends and interested individuals who have found themselves often times victims of vicious attacks from the Order of Nine Angles, Church of Satan and numerous other malignant and parasitic organizations, that involved themselves in attacks upon many of those people who affiliated themselves with the Change in Satanism, which was designed long before Obama employed the mantra.

I apologize to you in this posting and urge your continued support I have been accused of numerous myths and legends that seemingly fail to close, however as anyone I have also spurned numerous fights

exposing those in Satanism, “less than desirable.”

Myth: Blackwood has accomplished nothing in Satanism

Truth: I have met with many people on line and off line and have garnered friendship and co-operative efforts that have changed Satanism.

I along with several others back almost ten years ago discussed topics that are still being tossed around and debated ac crossed the net.

I have issued privately numerous texts and exposed the truths and untruths in Satanism.

Myth: Blackwood is gay or hates gay people.

Truth: I changed my position years ago garnering acceptance for all who desire Satanic Awareness!

I am happy in a current relationship, and as single ads that seemingly never leave the search lists ring of me being single nothing is further from the truth.

Myth: Blackwood lives in a basement or hotel room.

Truth: I rent an apartment near Muskegon Michigan, and use the old address to Temples of Satan which has not changed in several years.

I owned home for years and sold it after a bitter divorce and custody suit that caused many a financial difficulty.

Myth:Blackwood weighs three hundred pounds and is obese.

Fact: I am around two hundred and sixty five pounds at six foot one, so yes I need to loose a few pounds but so does many people in Satanism along with me.

Myth: Blackwood lies about the Order of Nine Angles and Church of Satan and other group to latch a hold on the mindless.

Truth:I have exposed previous affiliations and have told the real stories regardless of what the new membership have posted, I have not discussed private matters on the web and have chosen to filter much of what is my past, all claims are substantiated and closed to comment.

Previously jilted membership or canceled membership continues to spout negative banter however they are provided no information from the current Temples of Satan.

Myth: Blackwood inflates his membership totals and changes policies, his organization is a fraud.

Truth: Nothing is further from the truth, even with changes in membership and administrators do not have confidential information regarding any policies and or inner works of the Temples of Satan regardless of claims.

Myth: Blackwood is a “profiteer.”

Fact: The Temples of Satan as any organization receives donations and or stipends to continue its work,

I have no need for extra income, since I am gainfully self employed in the expediter trucking business and earn a great income.

The Temples of Satan does not remain intact for anyones gain other than Satan.

Myth: Blackwood’s claims to contacting Satan are silly and the works of a insane person.

Fact:I have not been the first person or the last person to receive visions and or indicators to the existence of Satan, sorcerers and great leaders have claimed manifestations for centuries, and provide similar commentary since before the Crusades.

Many people contact me everyday seeing forces beyond description, and such objects and or visions are the works of Satan, one should not ignore such and seek the reasons and be aware of the benefits of being in touch with Satan, when accomplished.

Myth: Blackwood claims to have a book that never will be printed.

Truth: Due to recent economic conditions and an overall change in Satanic Philosophy, such works have been placed on hold awaiting release in the near future.

I do have a sordid past with numerous rivalries and fights, and as most others in Satanism I have chosen to dedicate The Temples of Satan to Satan and end the egotistical goals that make up mu past days in Satanism.

To teach, and guide is a mission to not be taken lightly and such activities can only be deemed positive to Satanism, regardless of the “mindless blogs and jilted lovers of the old ways of my original organization The Worldwide Order of Satanism.

We have grown over the years and the days for “flame wars” should have been over it does nothing to further Satanism, regardless of affiliation, the bashings and lies do not come from exposing the cults and wrong doctrines.

Truth!

Thanks

Order of Nine Angles Final Comment by Grand Magister Blackwood

Posted in Church of Satan, Conservatism, Demons, Joy of Satan, Magick, O9A, ONA, Religion, Satan, Satanic, Satanism, Traditional Satanism, anton Long by Grand Magister Blackwood on September 16, 2008

After useless banter back and forth between myself and the former “never great” group of secret Satanists, I have decided to end the battle with one last posting, a posting that those devoted to this group of false doctrines should make you self very aware of:

1. The O N A remains defunct and exists only on-line (blogs and free sites) (no money?)

2. The O N A has no real URL for a website (must be no money!)

3. The doctrines set forth after careful dissection and reading are false and contain errors and reak of Modern Satanism, not Real Satanism, or Theistic Satanism.

4. Anarchy and Communism ring forth from the ideologies both detrimental to the expansion of Satanism.

5. Satanism is not about a phony set of doctrines with made of names of scary monsters and non-historically backed idealism’s.

6. Satanism is Purity and simple rituals and ideals are required for proper adoration and or devotion.

7. Calling me Pseudo is like calling me Homophobic, I and my devotees worship Satan, so the Pseudo seems a term that perhaps some Liberal Blogger at the New York Times might use for McCain!

8. Satan doesn’t acknowledge inane and incomprehensible symbols hand written by those not devoted to his cause.

9. Satanism isn’t about one man or some idealism its about purity and acknowledgement not commercialization and designed falsehoods.

10. Being scary and speaking of sacrifice or dark forces, magi battles furthers nothing, the Temples of Satan practices such sacrifices and actual rituals based on historical roots to honor Satan, and doesn’t just try to sell it to kids. (silly ONA).

I am done this the last rebuttal continue if you must however as always I am done wasting my time on myths and legends that will soon fall to dust!

Thanks

Mr. Long and The ONA verses Grand Magister Blackwood

Invalidating Pseudo Satanic Claims.

Breaking Down Reality!

In this paper I break down the Interview and reprint some commentary that has proven the Cult-like Internet Drama that spouts from the On-line Order of Defunct Nine Angles.

Introduction – Little, if anything needs to be said in introduction to this interview with Anton Long – his first and last. It illustrates not only current aims, but brutal and dark reality of genuine Satanism

This of course remains further from the truth as the intelligent Satanist will begin to really see the stupidities and falsehoods of this “Pseudo Satanic” closet underground organization dedicated to remaining buried in the darkness.

Much is explained in the tepid interview with the Master Long, wait didn’t he step down?

We are now amid an interesting and important time, where some anti-Aeonic forces have been directly attacked to seizable consequence for the first time in many decades. What does this mean to current esoteric aims, and how much closer does it bring the west to the purging of Magian influence?

A: There is a lot to be done to purge this Magian influence, which now emanates from America. The recent practical attacks against them have forced them to react in the way one might have expected given their own primitive ethos.

Blackwood: Attacks from whom and by what magical organizations?

Thus, they have created the basis for a world-wide tyranny and America itself has now descended into a type of Police State with its armed forces used to pacify and dominate other countries and bring them under Magian control.

Blackwood: Sounds to me like a Liberal Viewpoint not a Satanic Viewpoint!

Blackwood: So is Long a Democrat?

In the esoteric war against the Magian and their influence, America is now the primary battleground, for without the resources of America their current world-wide influence would begin to wane.

Thus, Adepts and Initiates in America have a crucial role to play in the war against the Magian and their anti-evolutionary aims.

Blackwood: Perhaps a delusional war indeed!

Blackwood:The interview goes on and talk about a lot of strange things from here on out!

What are the most important tactics initiates (particularly those within the United States)  can use in aiding current esoteric aims? What rites and what tasks are most appropriate to these aims?

A: There are both esoteric, and exoteric, tactics.

The esoteric include increasing the number of Initiates and Adepts; spreading the sinister esoteric tradition itself; forming sinister groups whether ONA based or otherwise, and performing various rites, both ceremonial and hermetic, which not only counter the esoteric energies of the Magian but which also presence sinister energies in both causal and acausal ways.

By acausal ways is meant presencing by means of rites such as the Nine Angles with the energies left to disperse as they will. By causal is meant channeling the energy in specific ways, to disrupt certain things such as groups, organizations, or target/attack specific individuals.

Blackwood: And people complain that I misspell things!

Blackwood: I fail to see any war between the Magi here in the United States and being a more upwardly mobile individual than Mr. Long or the ONA stragglers I would most certainly have encountered more than some school kids killing cows.

The exoteric includes supporting or aiding, either openly or covertly, any and all things which can disrupt and counter the Magian and their influence, and disseminating the ideals, archetypes, forms which express the sinister energies appropriate to the New Aeon.

Such exoteric things include politics and political groups – especially National-Socialist and Folk Culture ones – and practical covert, direct, action against the government, the infrastructure of society and individuals who support or aid the Magian.

Blackwood: Supporting anarchy and rebellion is Communism, “Move to China Mr. Long.”

But then again revolt, anarchy and rebellion would get you killed Satan could not use you dead!

It should be noted that such covert, revolutionary, political-type action is not appropriate for all Initiates: only some. Also, such exoteric things are exoteric – that is, forms to presence the acausal. As such, they are not the essence, but rather a means appropriate to the current and near-future situations. Initiates should remember this, especially in relation to political forms.

One very important method, a priority – both esoterically and exoterically – is to prepare the way for Vindex: for an individual of Destiny who has the charisma to lead a practical revolt against the Magian.

All the indications are that this person can only emerge in America: hence the importance of the work of American sinister Initiates and Adepts.

Blackwood: Could this man be Barrack Obama?

Esoterically, such preparation involves performing rites, both ceremonial and hermetic, which invoke Vindex, and others which aim to produce energies which can be focused into an appropriate image.  This image may be a sigil, or an image of a person, or at least an apprehension of what Vindex, as an individual, might look like. Exoterically, such preparation involve disseminating the idea of Vindex, of a person of Destiny who embodies evolutionary energies: who is a person to both Sun and Steel, to use a phrase of Mishima’s.

Blackwood: This entire paragraph is simply retarded!

Vindex is a new archetype, and one which sinister Initiates and Adepts must create through their magickal workings.

Vindex may be a man – but there is nothing to prevent this role, this archetype, being assumed by a woman. In fact, a female Vindex would be quite a phenomena.

Vindex must be anticipated in literature; in esoteric rites; in music; in Art; in images; in political propaganda, and so on. New rites must be created which invoke Vindex, and which channel the archetypal energies so produced.

Blackwood: Perhaps I can name an entity Windex, or Drano, please!
Blackwood: Commentary on the Iraq War, let’s see he probably supports Hussein!

As I write, America is within days of attacking and invading Iraq. While the premises are entirely questionable (at best), it may serve to upset America’s place amongst its allies – weakening its global power – and also inviting added displeasure on the part of Islamic states and peoples. Is this the type of unrest that is a necessary prelude for change on an Aeonic level?

A: It is a part of it. The present power structures – manifest, for example, in the New World order led by America in thrall to the Magian and their messianic dreams – must be broken down, destroyed and replaced.

Blackwood: Once again a mission to kill the Tooth Fairy!

The current global conflict, against Muslims and Muslim groups such as those led by Osama bin Laden, is one means whereby such change may occur, for this conflict will hopefully continue for a number of years, thus straining the resources of the federal government of America, weakening it economically.

Blackwood: So I see Patriots and love of country are words that fail to penetrate darkness around the ONA!

Move to Mexico ONA!

The more the US sustains casualties in this conflict with Islam, the better, Aeonically, for such casualties will change the attitude of the American people toward the war.

Blackwood, the United States remains a guiding force in Iraq and with a positive working surge the war is nearing a settlement and withdrawal with a final U. S. victory, as it should be!

In addition, there should be, and hopefully will be, social and political unrest in America itself. All such conflicts will be a prelude to the emergence of the New Aeon, which will be born out of the destruction of the old. This means, in practical terms, the destruction of the America that exists today: a move away from a federal government and perhaps back to the old idea of more independent States within America. It may be from one of these States, or a part of it, that the New Aeon will assume a practical social and political form.

Blackwood: Anarchy ?

Is an Imperium for the current Aeon beyond realistic hope, or can the destiny of the west still be achieved? If so – how is such a destiny different from what could have become of NS Germany?

A: Nothing is beyond us, if we access and channel the right energies in the right way – which means toward the destruction of the forces of the old Aeon, represented now by the New World Order – and toward the emergence of Vindex.

Blackwood: The emerge of Drano the Demon of Toilets!

We create – or rather, can create – our own Destiny. If enough Initiates and Adepts work toward that Destiny, it will be achieved.

Blackwood: All this reading and finally a positive note!

NS Germany was an intimation of what might be; what could be achieved when a people are organized in a certain way. It was a necessary beginning, which ended as it should. From its ending, lessons were learnt; and magickal energies became manifest. Only now can we create what is necessary because only now do we rationally understand and thus can use our will to achieve what can and should be achieved. This is one meaning of the ONA: a rational codification of the esoteric understanding achieved over millennia; an emanation of some of the techniques, such as Internal and Aeonic magick, which can take us toward and beyond the next stage of our human evolution.

Blackwood: The Delusion continues and people actually buy this mush?

Blackwood: Is LaVey in the house, or is his ghost channeling Mr. Long?

To me, one of the things that exemplifies the purpose of the tradition, are Insight Roles. Should one be inclined to undertake an Insight Role that specifically aids Aeonic aims, if it is possible they will continue the role at some later point with Aeonic, rather than individual purposes?

A: You are quite correct about Insight Roles. The old roles, which I inherited, lacked an Aeonic aspect: they were designed to test and develop the individual, and as such were a technique of what I have called Internal magick.

If Insight Roles are to be used again – and they should be – then they must have an Aeonic aspect, which means they aid in some way the sinister dialectic. Thus, new roles can be developed which test and evolve the individual (or break them) and which presence the dark in a practical way. I am in the process of writing some new ONA MSS which describe such new Insight Roles.

An Insight Role, to be effective, must be lived for at least one year.
Blackwood: Another confusing paragraph filled with useless banter similar to Howard Stanton LaVey.
It seems in past years a certain Insight Role pertaining to politics has become something of an obvious and predictable choice. In this case, most initiates have already confronted their programmed ideas, once the time is right for an Insight Role. Should not an Insight Role be something that would otherwise be considered “out of character” for the initiate?

A: Correct. For instance, one role an ONA Initiate once assumed some decades ago was to be in a Nazarene monastery for over a year. This was chosen, by him, because he loved women, violence and a few other interesting things. In his role, he had to be humble, peaceful and of course be without women. It was a hard challenge, which that Initiate overcame, thus learning many things. But in this instance, there was no Aeonic aspect, only a personal one.

It seems easy for some to accept the less harsh aspects of Traditional Satanism or the Seven-fold Way, while quietly rejecting the darker more dangerous tasks. While most are eager to experience danger on a magickal level, few are ready to experience – practically – real darkness. How important is it, for an adherent of the tradition to truly dirty their hands in acts of definite physical danger? Do acts of real danger accelerate the flow of acausal in the consciousness of the Initiate?

A: To so reject such tasks is to merely play at sinister magick; to refuse to presence the dark as it must be presenced, for both personal and Aeonic reasons. It is absolutely necessary for all Initiates to get their hands dirty: if they do not, they have failed; they cannot progress to the higher levels, to Adeptship and beyond. There are no excuses; no exceptions. We are talking about the sinister path here, not some “white light” arty-farty mumbo-jumbo.

To be a genuine sinister Adept means to have experienced and done dark deeds. Of course, the dark deeds themselves vary, from Initiate to Initiate, and it is one of the tasks of the Adept or Master/Mistress guiding such Initiates to suggest such dark deeds, based on the character, the life, of each Initiate.

Acts of real physical danger – such as facing one’s own death – can certainly open nexions within the psyche of the individual, and thus enable not only an awareness of the acausal, but also cause that individual to be affected by those acausal energies. Thus can their consciousness be changed by such energies, and thus are such acts of real physical danger a necessary learning experience for every Initiate.

The rhetoric amongst Satanists has thickened over the years, with little direct action prevalent. Can you reiterate what the individual may gain in terms of their own development, and then beyond, through acts that bring real terror to others?

A: By presencing the dark in practical ways the individual becomes a nexion for acausal energies and so experiences those energies in a direct way. They may be able to control such energies, or they may not. If not, they have failed, and may need to try again.

Only such a presencing brings genuine understanding and such genuine understanding is necessary so that further energies can be accessed, and directed, and further progress along the sinister path achieved. Such a presencing is a transforming of the individual, part of the alchemical process of change which is Internal magick.

I must stress in words which are not open to misinterpretation that the practical presencing of the dark by Initiates is an essential part of the sinister path, of the ONA.

Presencing the dark involves such things as culling;  it involves such things as covert action directed at the edifices and individuals of the old Aeon.

A genuine dark presencing is one which has an Aeonic aspect: which aids the sinister dialectic in some way.
Blackwood: Mr. Long is coming along finally and this idealism is about fifty percent correct!

Do you feel that criminal and dangerous acts serve to keep one from falling into the boring “esoteric” occult games abound in many other forms?

A: Yes, but we must define what is meant by “criminal”. A lot of laws which governments make are wrong, dishonorable, and to ignore them is the right thing to do, for strong, honorable, individuals striving for excellence and to evolve to a higher level.

Blackwood: Level? Is Mr. Long into Dungeons and Dragons?
What and who defines “right and wrong”? As someone once wrote – and I cannot remember the exact quote – the law is an accumulation of tireless attempts by the mediocre majority, or a minority acting on their behalf,  to prevent noble, gifted, individuals from making life into a succession of ecstasies. While this quote, or aphorism, is an excellent one and contains some truth, it is not an esoteric one: that is, it does not express the complete truth about life, individuals, reality, law and evolution which the ONA seeks to express.

Blackwood: Reality can you say falsehoods.

The essence is to strive for a goal which is both beyond what was one is, and which is Aeonic, with the individual undertaking such a striving doing what is necessary to achieve this goal, regardless of whether some of the methods, or tactics, or experiences used, are regarded as “illegal” by some government in some country. The classic example here is culling. Another example is dueling. Another is using some political form which is “illegal” and heretical.

Something should not be done just because it is “illegal”. There has to be a sinister intent, an Aeonic aspect. Thus, a culling of some individual who deserves it (he supports, say, some organization which is anti-evolutionary and is a cowardly type of person) is both Aeonic and test of character for the person undertaking it: a means of learning, of evolving, of presencing, accessing sinister, acausal, energies.

In the sense of crime in general – for the sake of an example lets consider the dealing of hard drugs – might one presence more of the dark not only by partaking in such, but also by calling attention and resources to combating such things as drugs? To me, it would seem a perfect scenario – to fight against something only to call resources to it, yet to provide also the very thing in which such resources are absorbed, and weak people broken. This would seem particularly useful in the intended wasting of American resources. As a second part to this question, what other ways – if any – might such resources be effectively wasted, stolen, or misused?

A: Such things as drugs do weaken, and are weakening, the structures of the old Aeon as they are creating opportunities for some who possess – shall we say – a more Satanic view of life, whether consciously or instinctively. The West is decaying, slowly, from within, partly due to drugs, and as one ONA statement indicated, such things – anything – which weaken the old order and prepare the way for the new, sinister, one can and should be encouraged by some Initiates. As with all such things, only some Initiates can and should do such things: the decision is theirs. That is, the doing of such things as in your example are not mandatory experiences for novices and Initiates.

There are risks, but that is part of the challenge, the enjoyment.

Regarding Aeonic Magick: Can creative-art be used in a way that – though not specifically or obviously a form of mimesis – can be imbued with the acausal and directed via the form in which it is created? Some examples may be some of the music of Bach, or the violins of Stradivari – which through their use or performance could, particularly if created for the purpose and imbued with the acausal – become as a Nexion. How effective could this be?

A: Yes, such things can be done, and should be done by those possessed of the skill and abilities. Indeed, it is possible to create a new art-form which does this, and imbue it with a sinister intent, for example, of manipulating the individuals who see/hear/respond to that art-form, or changing them in an evolutionary way.

One example would be to use computer virtual reality where images and sounds (music) are used to generate a virtual world – or rather, to generate an interactive art-work – that the individual can alter, and thus interact with. That is, each individual perceives something slightly or greatly different. Thus, this art-work would be unique for each individual perceiving/experiencing it, while still retaining the parameters of its creation. To enable this, the interaction could be via something like bio-feedback, with such things as brain-wave patterns being the computer input which alters the computer program which creates the virtual reality. This is still slightly futuristic. What this example would amount to is a modern version of the type of thing which Wagner wished to create through his Ring cycle and his theatre at Bayreuth: a total artistic experience which makes us aware of some mythos, a numinosity, a Destiny, which raises us to a higher level.

Of course, a less futuristic example is possible, using just images, music and some archetypal forms, and combining these in as sort of film-like way.

Obviously the fair amount of focus to these questions regards ways in which we can, at this present stage, aid the downfall of the American power structure, or at least ensure its timely irrelevance. At a point not long ago, the downfall of the Soviet Union was another such aim. Can you explain what measures were taken or perhaps played a part in this coming to fruition, on the esoteric level? It serves, at least, to illustrate the finite nature of world powers.

A: It was, and is, mainly a question of accessing, directing, presencing, certain powerful acausal energies, some of which are “seeded” into organizations, forms, and some of which are used to disrupt and/or create in individuals a yearning, a feeling. One example is a ritual producing a specific type of energy (associated say which a specific sphere of the septenary) and then directing this energy to a certain geographical area. This is done via visualization, and mostly involves a specific site, which becomes a nexion. Note that a nexion does not have to be, but can be, an object: it can be, and often is, a place, such as a hill, a mountain, a valley, a forest. It is helpful if those doing such rituals have been to the place, and especially if the ritual is performed there. This has to be repeated on a regular basis, and then such energy may produce changes in the individuals in that area. If powerful enough, such energies seep far from that area, producing change in accord with their own nature. Several such areas are required in the case of the large country. Another example is targeting, with magickal energies, certain specific, public individuals, such as political leaders. These are just two examples of many. What is important is that the energies themselves are understood by those using them; this requires prior practical experience. Magickal skill is also necessary.

More conventional means can also be used, such as using archetypal energies associated with already existing ideas, forms and the like, political or otherwise.

This is one esoteric reason why such forms as National-Socialism are used in the case of America and Europe: because NS is one of the things those who uphold the old order fear and dread. One of the greatest fears of the cabal behind such things as the tyrannical (and mis-named) New World Order is a Vindex-type figure. Thus, this fear can be used against them. Why do you think National-Socialism is so smeared, so feared that it is outlawed is many Western nations? Because it possesses an archetypal power, a natural magick. Why does the mere appearance of a swastika cause such consternation? Why does the figure of Adolf Hitler fascinate so many people? Why is he still subject to such an immense amount of hateful, lying propaganda? Forget the lies about the so-called holocaust – these things are as these things are because National-Socialism, its symbols, its heroes, its leaders, and especially Adolf Hitler are archetypal, for the West.

What role does the preservation of history and culture play – such as the preservation of Latin and other almost forgotten languages and insights?

A: Such things play the important role of connecting us to our past, and enabling those who come after our causal deaths to begin the process of real learning which can lead to understanding and thus the fulfillment of potential.

This connection to our past gives us part of the perspective we need and must have: a perspective of our origins, our past stupidities, and the glorious future that can be ours if we learn and move beyond that learning. Our intellects must be developed, and such things are one means of training them, especially when we are children, and ravenously curious. Few human beings develope their full potential, especially in the intellectual sense.

But this does not mean that we all must learn such things as Greek and Latin; only that those who possess the interest and aptitude can do so and thus benefit from them.

Sans Imperium, what specific potentials does the west have yet to fulfill?

A: The beginning of our real Destiny, which is leaving this planet to travel and live among other worlds.

Can you explain how a small folk-culture might serve as a center through which a new Aeon may emerge? Also – what are the characterstics of such a folk culture?

A: Such a rural culture is a centre; the esoteric aspect of an outer form: that which gives energy to this outer form. For example, if Vindex arrives and creates an Imperium, this centre would use magickal energies to strengthen both Vindex, and the Imperium, while magickally dealing with enemies. Such a centre would also be a place of magickal and esoteric learning, and – here is the secret – where the physical nexions are.

Before the arrival of Vindex, and Imperium – from which a Galactic Empire should emerge – this centre prepares the way for them, through magickal and other means.

At the risk of sounding humorous or ironic, without such intent – could an ANTI-Vindex; that is, someone who perhaps represents in a profound manner forces which are inherently Magian be the inspiration and the presence which finally brings forth Vindex?

A: Those of the cabal who are our magickal enemies certainly believe so: this is part of their dread, as mentioned in a previous answer. They are awaiting, and trying to aid, the emergence of their own leader.

Could America itself be this Anti-Vindex (still… for lack of a better term!) – and if so, could such provocations and Magian dominance be eventually viewed as having been necessary?

A: The fact is that magickal energies – whether ours or theirs – cause changes in what lives. For example, in human beings, and those types of life, such as archetypes, which affect individuals. [Note: archetypes are types of acausal living beings which exist in the causal.] “America” is not a living being. Vindex is, or will be – and the Imperium (or whatever we wish to call it) will be the creation of this person, an extension of their living, their life, their very acausal essence. It will be thus archetypal, but more than an archetype: a new form in itself. An example may make some things clear: NS Germany was Adolf Hitler.

This truth about magickal change is why, for instance, no Adept or Master or whatever – except in the movies – can change a stone into a living being, or change a living being into a stone.

Blackwood: Crowley coined the term magick, and many use it freely but for those in the ONA who revere Long as a greater mind why use a Crowley reference?

Magick works through, and in, what is organic, because what is organic is imbued in some way with the acausal.

Thus, we can, if we are adept at magick, influence other life, such as animals, because these are also living beings. In the same way, a physical nexion is not just a place, it is living being, and we create this new living being in a certain geographical area, usually quite small in size. That is, we bring together what already lives there, in a new way: we re-order through our magick, and the acausal energy we access, the causal in that area, creating a new life.

Thus, with this answer, have many secrets been revealed.

Blackwood: Readers who actually subscribe to this tripe reveal bullshit thats what they reveal!

Without adepts, without Internal Magick and Aeonic Magick – could the potential of man, at this stage, ever be fulfilled? Would a new Aeon eventually come, via a round-about means even if nothing in the present changes or continues to change for the better – if completely left alone? Do we risk, given the general disregard for nature and her resources, bringing on the end before the next stage?

A: What must be understood is that we have now arrived at a point in our evolution when we can consciously alter ourselves and our evolution as a species. Whether we do this, is another matter. Thus, we live in exciting and interesting times: we, through our magick, our understanding, can create a new future.

My own view is that if we who understand do not intervene in a creative and evolutionary way, then it will be decline which awaits our species. That is, we have now reached the peak achievable by unconscious processes. We who know, who act upon that knowledge – who are Initiates and Adepts of the genuine esoteric arts – are the Cosmos made manifest: the Cosmos in evolution. This is our wyrd; our personal Destiny is to reach the stage where we know this, and where we put into practice what we have learn t.
Blackwood: Did he smoke a joint during this interview?

“Forge not works of art but swords of death, for therein lies great art” is a statement that speaks to the great architecture of culture, beyond personal “expression” and indulgence. If one becomes too encompassed in an Art or politics – might they be indulging in their destiny but disregarding their Wyrd?

A: Yes!

Can you explain, perhaps with some example, the difference between Destiny and Wyrd?

A: Wyrd is acausal and thus Aeonic; Destiny is personal and mostly causal.

“It is a fundamental principle of traditional Satanism that all prospective opfers must be subject to several tests before becoming actual opfers either during a ceremony or otherwise.

The purpose of the tests is to give the chosen victim a sporting chance and to show if they possess the character defects which make them suitable as opfers…” (Guidelines for the Testing of Opfers)

Blackwood: As I did receive the documentation regarding such I have never claimed to have known or did know this requirement, I was asked to help bring about changes and failure came from those much misaligned with Long’s teachings of Anarchy!

Blackwood: however I will publish the entry below for your viewing pleasure!

Blackwood: Readers “hang on this is going to get good.”

It is a fundamental principle of traditional Satanism that all prospective opfers must be subject to several tests before becoming actual opfers either during a ceremony or otherwise.

The purpose of the tests is to give the chosen victim a sporting chance and to show if they possess the character defects which make them suitable as opfers. The victim is chosen according to Satanic practice – those whose removal will aid the sinister dialectic, for instance, or those who have or are proving troubling for Satanism in general, or those who have been judged by a Master or a Mistress (or someone of a higher Grade) as suitable for receiving Satanic justice/vengeance because of one or more of their actions. Once the victim is chosen, it is the duty of the Master or Mistress of the Temple or group who wish to perform the sacrifice to appoint suitable members – and if necessary train them – to prepare and execute the tests.

It is principle that no opfer under any circumstance be informed directly or indirectly that they are being tested for whatever reason as this would invalidate the test.
The tests are constructed so as to give the victim a choice of responses – either a positive one, or a negative one. A negative choice leads to another test at another time and place. If this choice is also negative, then the victim is deemed suitable, and becomes the opfer. Sometimes however, a third test may be deemed necessary by the Master or Mistress.

The tests are to appear to be incidents of everyday life such as the victim might be expected to encounter, given the society of the time. The tests are designed to test the character of the victim – to reveal their true nature. Positive, Satanic qualities, are courage, daring, defiance, and so on. Negative qualities are cowardice, meek fear, treachery and so on. It is for the Master or Mistress to use their judgment, experience and knowledge to construct the appropriate tests which seek to prove if the victim possesses the qualities deemed appropriate.

Basically, the victim must, if they are suitable for sacrifice, show that they possess a weak character and be lacking in Satanic qualities such as nobility and excellence. An example will best illustrate the type of test which is required.

For this example, the victim is male, and to undertake the test, four members will be required, two of them female. The victim has been under surveillance for some time, and his routine, habits etc. noted. It has been found that he has a certain fondness for young ladies. A female member is to ’set him up’ for the actual test – she meets him, `as if by chance’ at a place he frequents.

She shows a subtle sexual interest in him. If he runs true to form, he will suggest a future meeting, to which she agrees (or, if he does not suggest this, she does).

She specifies the place and the date/time. This is a place where few if any other people are likely to be around at the time specified.

At this assignation, he is observed by the three (two men, one woman) who are to conduct the actual test, until they judge the time is right. [If the victim does not turn up, the first lady member meets him, again `by chance', and arranges another meeting. If this meeting does not occur, another test is devised.]

The second lady then passes near to where the victim is waiting – she makes certain he is aware of her. The two men then come onto the scene and begin to harass her, verbally at first. Then they begin to `molest’ her physically and try to drag her away (toward a car, probably). She screams for help. The test is to see how the victim reacts – what his choice is. He has two choices – to do nothing, and pretend he has not heard/noticed anything (a negative response), or he can go to the aid of the lady. [Note: 'Help'/aid here means actually trying to rescue her, not merely feebly asking the men to stop.] If he tries to aid her, the two men run off, and she thanks him gratefully. If he does nothing to aid her, he has failed the test, for he reveals the character of a coward. The Master or Mistress will be observing events from a discreet distance.

The performances of the members, during the test, must be totally convincing, as must their timing. In all aspects of the tests, from the initial surveillance to the final execution of the test, they must be professional.

It will be seen from this example that the tests are quite complex – require planning, rehearsals and so on. This planning, and the surveillance, might take months. Little, if anything, should be left to chance in the execution of the tests. The rewards, however, justify the operation – there is, firstly, a probable victim for sacrifice, enabling the quintessence of Satanic ritual to be undertaken; secondly, there is the involvement of the whole Temple – the planning, the choosing of victims, the rehearsals of the tests and then finally their execution. This involvement, from the initial choice to the final test, is an extended magickal act, imbued with Satanic essence – creating and presenting sinister energies, aiding the development of Satanic skill and character, drawing the members together in a vivifying way. As such, it is a prelude to the act of sacrifice itself. Thus, even should the victim not be chosen because he/she proves unsuitable having made a positive choice during a test, the effort has been extremely worthwhile, both in terms of aiding the development of members on the levels of character and knowledge and skills, and also magickally.
The decision of the Master or Mistress regarding the outcome of a particular test is final and binding. It needs to be stressed that the tests give the victim a sporting chance and serve to confirm/deny their suitability – before the tests are even planned, the victim will have been chosen as a probable opfer by the Master or Mistress using their judgment. Opfers are examples of human culling in action.

For quite a few years, someone calling themselves – among other things – “Blackwood” has been claiming to have been associated with the ONA, and even to have “re-formed” the ONA.

Blackwood: The ONA was reformed and failed to hold water, as many remained loyal joining my organization the Temples of Satan a real organization filled with many accomplished adepts.

This person – who claims his real name is Tom Erik Raspotnik - also has made grandiose claims about his ability and awarded himself all kinds of titles, including that of Grand Magister.

Blackwood: who claims I use my pen name Blackwood, my real name is Tom Raspotnik.

Lets explain the Grand Magister Title again for the “Short Bus Riders.”

Ma`gis´ter

n. 1. Master; sir; – a title of the Middle Ages, given to a person in authority, or to one having a license from a university to teach philosophy and the liberal arts.

Webster’s Revised Unabridged Dictionary, published 1913 by C. & G. Merriam Co.

Questioning one titles and affiliations that permeate Satanism I see many High Priests and High Priestesses who claim such titles like candy at the dollar store, and I am so distraught.

I find priests, and ministers to Satan hiding everywhere amongst the “bowels” of the Internet and most of these “so called visionaries” attain titles from places such as the Universal Life Church, I hold one of those worthless title cards also, however who is real.

Satan doesn’t recognize this affiliation!

I no longer can accept those who carry false titles and false affiliations and this change occurs as leaders roost these Anton La Vey like “side-show” frauds out.

Standing on the ideology that Satan is real shouldn’t his priestesses and priests be real?

The Temples of Satan is currently looking for those people who seek ordination and who seek Satan from reality perspective and truly are devoted to his cause.

I once carried a title but refuse to acknowledge it and I refuse to acknowledge those who are not legally ordained Satanists.

Go out to your organization and ask the leadership to produce the credentials and when they hide and avoid such answers failing to provide proof leave them immediately, Satan doesn’t like liars when it comes to him, lie about anything else but him.

So many paths so little time, but Satan doesn’t endure with a “House of Cards” nor could you expect to set one up for him,by allowing yourself as U.L.C. Priestesses and Priests to continue to mislead those who have came to Satanism to escape Modern Satanism, you are not welcome.

Dedicated Satanists will soon be able to achieve Priesthood and Priestess- hood and then you will honor Satan by the purity of your unconditional devotion, and of course truth!

Satanism is not a joke, it is a time honored tradition that pre-dates Christianity in its purest form, and if you simply look into the annals of history you will find those who were ordained in various ceremonies and circles, by elders and those than practiced before them.

To merely practice a set of rituals and or incantations and not devote oneself to Satan is truly embarrassing, I am seeking Priesthood as you should aspire to in the near future.

Hail The Lord and Master Satan!

Grand Magister Blackwood (No High Priest)

He even claims to have been an “Inner Council Person” of the ONA, although no one genuinely associated with the ONA has ever heard of him, or had any contact with him, and there is no such thing as an ONA “Inner Council Person” anyway.

Blackwood: As I know I may have misspoke as to who asked me to help, the representative of the ONA was claiming inner council fame.

Furthermore, even a basic perusal of the outpourings of this person on magick, Satanism and the Sinister Path, reveal an astounding lack of initiated sinister insight and knowledge, and he is unable to answer any of the questions posed in the ONA MS Who Is An ONA Adept (and Beyond)?

Rather than create his own group, under some made-up (and original) name, to propound his ideas (as someone genuinely seeking advancement along the Sinister Way would do, if they were not associated with the ONA), he latches onto the ONA name in an attempt to give himself some gravitas and give his organizations(s) some kudos. All he has done, though, is make himself something of a laughing stock among esoteric-folk.

Blackwood: Nothing is further from the actual truth I have always held a stronger position even more Dark and Sinister than the ONA.

Much of this is available again for membership of the Temples of Satan.

Are we bothered about such a person: about such shenanigans by such a person? We’re not. But his antics – and those of people like him – do serve to reveal three things, the third of which is vaguely interesting. First, they reveal the genuine esoteric kudos which the ONA itself does have, which causes some individuals to claim association (and even membership) of it; second, they reveal how the shenanigans of such people as Blackwood can, and sometimes do, add to this ONA kudos; and, third, they reveal how the Internet is, and has been, used by esoteric-folk, charlatans, and would-be adherents of the Darker Paths.

Blackwood:I mentioned my brief interactions and it is merely you and your remaining merry fellows and ladies that continue to attack me over this.

It is interesting that since the publication of the above, about a month ago, Blackwood has removed from his websites and blog most of his grandiose claims about being involved “at a high level” with the ONA, and about having “re-formed the ONA”, and has instead claimed that the ONA is defunct, and begun re-pedalling his own brand of pseudo-Satanism which in truth is nothing but a mish-mash of the Old Aeon abstractions, the posturing, the self-delusion, and the Old Aeon grimoire philosophy, that kept esoteric seekers in thrall for centuries.

Blackwood: The old historical texts weigh in for more than the ones that the ONA have produced!

Blackwood: It is to end the fight between those who think the defunct ONA is reality and to end the banter back and forth this entry will certainly shed a bright light on the foolishness that calls itself the ONA.

Blackwood: Simply reading the Interview with Mr. Long proves he loosely formatted the ONA and remains hidden away from the fall-out of the body of works he calls doctrines.

Blackwood: Become a member of a truly Real Satanic Organization the Temples of Satan, off-line, and dedicated to the practice and worship of Satan, not Windex, Vindex, and every other stupid pet trick and demonic sounding name.

Satan is simply put and simply Satanism is practiced in historical texts, not given names and orders that come from deranged and un-enlightened minds.

Modern Satanism and The ONA have a lot in common “Two Anton’s” “Two Liars.”

So closes the book and commentary for me and the ONA.

“Satan represents the spirit of progress, the inspirer of all great movements that contribute to the development of civilization and the advancement of mankind. He is the spirit of revolt that leads to freedom, the embodiment of all heresies that liberate.” – The Satanic Bible

The first thing I see right off the cuff is this group is still in love with LaVey and his plagiarist thoughts!

THE SINISTER WAY

The sinister way is gleaned from the Order of Nine Angles and its ideology is often at the hands of the plagiarist, or organization that cannot grasp the reality of Satan.

The WSA is an esoteric Order embracing Progressive Synergic Satanism within the context of what is refered to as The Sinister Way or Hardcore Satanism. Unhypocritically, and true to its Nietzschean roots, the Satanism of the WSA is beyond good and evil; that is to say, it is beyond the relative definitions of right and wrong, “Left Hand” or “Right Hand” path. Each initiate must think for himself, define his own words, and cut out his own path according to his personal and private needs and progress.

Sounds like atheism to me and this organization is doomed to fail due in part to the faulty ideologies of this doctrine.

The Real Satanic Doctrine is available from www.templesofsatan.com

Within the WSA Progressive Satanism is not a church defined doctrine or prophetic decree imposed upon a mass of believers. Within the boundaries of Progressive Satanism the Initiates personal self progression and evolution takes center stage. One’s own personal or private mental, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and physical needs becomes the central focus of each Initiate, in regards to his own needs and evolution. Therefore, all religions, all gods, all magic, and whatever tools each individual initiate needs is used to further his personal progression. In this way one Initiates “Satanism” will most time be very different from another. The reason being that we are all unique individuals, with our own level of education, understanding, and capacity to comprehend abstract and esoteric thoughts.

By Synergic Satanism it is meant the combined effort of each of our individual Satanists focused towards a common or collective cause. The combined force of the whole, being greater than an individual unit, and would therefore be able to accomplish more.

Collective ideologies are gleaned from Communism and is dangerous practice most often by Liberals who wish the Constitution is dissolved and total anarchy permeate society!

Those with the assets should give them to the collective so everyone can prosper is a weak ideal and is against the founding documents and founding moral codes of general society.

No collective has ever worked in the past, the idea is gleaned by “hippies and cults.”

Read the Communist Manifesto sometime it will teach you why society always should lean to conservatism.

SATAN

Satan within the WSA is given the ambiguous definition of a ubiquitous force of nature. This force is like an ocean which condenses and coagulates into ice burgs. The ice burgs symbolizing the physical universe. Or this universal essence can be envisioned as the base of a triangle, which gradually tapers into a coherently concentrated point. The point being the physical universe. Although the point is a mere fraction of the whole, it is a condensation, coagulation, or concentration of the said supernal substance. In this way everything physical is a manifestation of Satan, including one’s fellow creatures.

As always this document explains very little to the ideologies of Satan and one can rationalize an idea that this group or individuals tout La Vey’s concepts an remains on the path of the Church of Satan, simply put the Real Satanist cannot accept the concept of Satan rather acknowledge the existance.

Worship and adoration of Satan within the WSA is not done through dark ceremonies of reverse Christian rituals and liturgy. One’s love and devotion to Satan is expressed in action, deed, and word towards those significant individuals in one’s life; and the love and adoration of physical existence itself. In other words to to adore and kneel your heart before what you see and deem to be beautiful in your eyes; be it a mother, daughter, son, brother, sister, lover, pet, the crease of a saffron robe, a rose, or pile of rocks; is to adore and worship Satan Himself.

Agreed the ideologies of Satanism, should never include “Reverse-Christian”or texts described by those unqualified to speak on the matter.

Satan is in adoration of the concepts of devotion, love, desire, deed, word and the like.
And low and behold we climb aboard the ideologies of La Vey again contained within the Ten silly writings below.
TERRITORIAL BOUNDARIES

The psychological territory of the WSA is defined by ten landmarks called the Ten Proclamations, within which exists Progressive Satanism. They are as follows:

-THE TEN PROCLAMATIONS OF PROGRESSIVE SATANISM-

1) I Proclaim that I am the center of my own universe; I exalt myself as my own personal Deity, in progression to Godhood.

Modern Satanic View!

2) I Proclaim that I am a unique manifestation of ubiquitous Supernal Light in physical expression; which also manifests itself as everything and everyone around me.

Interesting, yet left unexplained!

3) I Proclaim that I am a being in the state of evolution, that I cannot stand still or I shall die, but rather I must Progress, and whatever gods, magic, religions, and tools I can use towards this end shall only help me evolve into the Ubermench.

Progress where?

4) I Proclaim the supremacy of mind over matter. That my Will and Intent, fueled with Imagination, Passion and Determination has the power to alter and change my reality accordingly.

A true statement, the writer has some knowledge!

5) I Proclaim my belief in the Dark Force of Nature; dark because it has never been brought into the light of understanding; whom I personally identify as Satan.

Earlier you proclaimed yourself a deity, now Satan?

6) I Proclaim that Nature, in all its manifestations, is the One Great Book of Illumination, written by the hand of Satan as my law and guide to Enlightenment.

What book and who wrote it and who are they in relation to Satanism?

7) I Proclaim my belief in the Power and Might of One, in the Brotherhood of Man, the Sisterhood of Woman; the Collective of Our Family, over the segregated mass, as the highest blasphemy and our noblest work.

Perhaps Obama wrote this?

8) I Proclaim that I am awakened and realize that I am a 90 Percenter, a slave to the 10 Percent who own 90 percent of the wealth; who are my true enemy, who usurped the sovereignty of my ancestors to gain their dominion.

Perhaps this group should read the Communist Manifesto and stop listening to Liberal Proffesors in College, this idea is Anti-Capitalism!

I am successful by the hand of myself and because of the influence of Satan.

I personally strive by business and efforts to rise to the 90 Percentile Category!

9) I Proclaim my ultimate Freedom and Liberation from this prison and slavery; and will do all in my power to obtain this Freedom and Liberation.

10) I Proclaim the sanctity and ecstasy of Mortal Existence; that the Law of Life is Do What Thou Wilt and nothing more but to Love and be Loved in return.

Exposing Satanism

The Church of Satan Protestants

Another Fake Satanic Organization Exposed

By Grand Magister Blackwood, The Temples of Satan

After viewing numerous U-Tube videos, and becoming disguised with the activities of this organization, I found another strange cult that strives to teach Satanism under a strange name.

Speaking to those who lack general knowledge and require a figurehead dressed in a Klu-Klux-Klan type outfit with a inverted cross.

Another foolish young person attempting to teach Satanism but from the wrong direction:

Notice this excerpt:

Before the Black Mass, the Congregants should bring the sacrifice baskets up to the altar and set them at the table’s feet. The Celebrant should also consecrate the Witch’s Water and Salt for the work by the traditional method:

Celebrant takes athame’ and puts tip into water, saying: ”I exorcise thee, oh Creature of Water, that thou cast out from thee all the impurities and uncleanliness of the of the spirits of the world of phantasm; in the names of Lucifer and Astarte’.

And where does Lucifer come to play in Satan’s Realm?

Nowhere my friends and followers of Satan, Lucifer I will repeat is a Roman God of Light, nad in no way has ever been connected to Lord and Master Satan!

Celebrant takes athame’ and puts tip into salt, saying: Blessings be upon this Creature of Salt; let all malignity and hindrance be cast forth hencefrom, and let all good enter herein; wherefore do i bless thee, that thou mayest aid me, in the names of Lucifer and Astarte’.

Lucifer again?

Take a tiny bit of salt on the athame’ tip and thrust in into the water, saying:

“Lord Pan thrusts into Lady Diana and the World is made anew.”

Lord Pan and Lady Diama, sounds like they are not Satanic but Pagan, so why does this group banter about Satanism.

Again I present the stupidity of this organization in rituals:

PRIMARY INVOCATION:

(Priest takes up ritual sword. Priest raises sword to the East, say:)

“Lucifer, Our Red Rage—”

To the West, say:

“Marion, Our Blue Tranquility—”

To the South, say:

“Orpheus, Our Golden Glory—”

To the North, say:

“Brigit (pronounced ‘VREE-zhuh’), Our Black Sleep.”

Raise arms straight out at 45 degree angles. Say:

“Above us, Stands the Serpent of Heaven,

Spread arms wide, pointing down. Say:

About us Shines the Rainbow of Life

ALL: Hail, Satan.

(Priest replaces sword, Deacon dips aspergillum in asperging bowl

of Witch Water, while Priest begins incantation for The Asperges.)

So onward another organization marches, attacking La Vey and yet adhering to some sense of Satanic Falsehoods by publishing and promoting stupid doctrines reminiscent of the Church of Satan, well it is expected from the name Church of Satan Protestants can you say coattail riding by the name.

The lunacy ends with this tripe and discontent!

There are a LOT of Satanic, Wiccan and other alternative religious groups which are JUST fine; if you find you are more comfortable with them, go for it and enjoy! We’ll still consider you members in good standing. Examples of these are www.churchofsatan.tv , www.modernchurchofsatan.com and Diana Vera’s excellent Theist Satanism at: http://www.angelfire.com/ny5/dvera/ However, Howie/Anton’s “original” Church of Satan (www.churchofsatan.com)

Howconsider themselves the REAL Satanists and are jerkwater assholes, who let virtually nobody join their ever-shrinking clique, charge ridiculous amounts for their materials and regard themselves as “The Black Vatican.” It is against such self-righteous, self-destructive anti-life nonsense that we Satanic Protestants consider ourselves to be rebelling and protesting.

Another Satanic Organization Exposed for what it is and what it isn’t, please if you desire to practice Real Satanism please pick your poison carefully and visit my site where Real Satanism thrives.
